Job Requirements
Lauterbach & Amen, LLP is searching for an IT Director with 5-10 years of experience to support the IT department. The IT Director will be expected to perform the following listed below.
Job Responsibilities
- Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress
- Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
- Manage employees and perform supervisory duties like conducting performance reviews, delegation, coaching, and hiring.
- Identify appropriate technologies to improve the company’s products and services.
- Create and oversee high-level KPIs for IT department.
- Manage the department’s overall budget.
- Guide and oversee computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
- Create, communicate, and implement policies and procedures that will ensure the effective delivery of technology services for the end users.
- Monitor state, federal, and local regulations for operation of an IT infrastructure in a Public Accounting environment.
- Create and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Maintain relationships and contracts with various vendors.
- Interact with internal staff and respond to employee inquiries, including after-hours critical outages.
- Analyze the needs of each department to determine the priorities for solutions and implementation to modify existing infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field is required
- 5-10 years of experience required
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of IT service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $120,000-$170,000
